    Minimize analytical and non – analytical errors by continual improvement of the work process.

              In order to implement & maintain the Quality Policy, the management & staff are committed to achieve the following objectives:
1.    Attain & maintain the prescribed & highest levels of confidentiality to patients & clients, integrity & adherence to the best medical practices with accuracy and reliability in all spheres, including preparation of reports.
2.    Provide medical services to the patients / clients that are prompt & as per the commitments made to them, pleasing the patients in terms of courtesy & good manners, adhere to high level of safety, reliability & hygiene as prescribed by best medical practices.
3.    Strive for continuous improvement in patient care & professionalism in the services in order to fully meet the patient’s requirements.
4.    Develop personnel involvement & teamwork through training & motivation, as needed.
5.    Ensure close communication both within & outside the laboratory, for optimum results.
6.    Free from any undue internal & external commercial, financial or other pressures & influences that may adversely affect the quality of our work.
7                Scrutinize & closely examine all medical test reports for their accuracy and quality prior to their release to the patients.
8    Maintain Punctuality, Discipline, Integrity & Confidentiality in the work.
9.    Maintain close communication & co-ordination with the colleagues both within the department & with other colleagues related to the work.
